How long does a typical review take?
Most reviews are completed within 2–4 weeks from the time we receive all requested documentation. The final report is typically delivered within 48 hours of completing fieldwork.
Can you conduct reviews remotely?
Yes. We conduct many of our reviews remotely through secure document sharing and video conferencing. For larger or more complex engagements, on-site work may be recommended, and we'll discuss this during the scoping phase.
How are your fees structured?
We provide a fixed fee for each engagement based on the scope of the review, the size of your operation, and the number of locations. There are no surprise hourly charges. You'll receive a clear engagement letter before any work begins.
Will your review satisfy my regulatory independent testing requirement?
Yes. Our reviews are designed to satisfy the independent testing component required by FinCEN for MSBs and the independent review requirements for PMD AML programs. Our reports are formatted to the standards examiners expect.
What if we have findings from a prior review or examination?
We routinely incorporate prior findings into our review scope. We'll assess whether corrective actions have been effectively implemented and whether any outstanding issues have been resolved. This is a standard part of our process.
